About the club
The Hull Boys' Club was founded on Tuesday 18th November 1902, and was without doubt, one of the pioneer boys' clubs in the country. It was established to:
- Train the boys and youths of Hull & district to become good and useful citizens
- Organise instructional, recreational and athletic classes
- Promote and foster the spirit of amateur sportsmanship and to encourage and develop a high physical and moral standard
These are goals we uphold to this day, and we're proud of our long history and our contribution to the city of Hull.
We've been visited by Royalty on no fewer than 4 occasions, and we’re honoured that the Lord Mayor of Hull chairs our annual general meeting.
